Science Ninja Team Gatchaman, episode 31

This was a fun one; not only do we get some Joe backstory, but also an insight into the inner workings of Galactor. Though I do have to wonder why, after knocking him out, Female Berg Katze engaged an elaborate plan to dump Ken out of the train instead of just shooting him with the very gun that she'd pistol whipped him with in the first place. Oh well, our heroes have to win somehow I suppose.

...I need to get caught up, I can't remember if I watched that one or not.

It's the one where Galactor tries to assassinate Dr. Nambu, and one of them uses the same exploding roses that were used to kill Joe's parents. From this episode, I would have to say that Joe's parents were fairly important people to be targeted by Galactor, and that Galactor's been around for at least 20 years, such that it's members could have kids who could then be raised to fight for Galactor from birth. Whether any of this will be explored in the show, I can not say.

OH YEAH! XD Yeah, that one was pretty good.

I bet it will be at some point.

It was, and there weren't even any silly giant mecha animal things either. It's definitely one of those episodes you can tell that the writers REALLY wanted to be doing.

I can only hope, because it would be disappointing if they didn't follow up on those plot points in some way.
