You know, I don't really know where it was said in the first place, I just remember it being the case; mind, in Movie Wars Ultimatum her dream idealization/incarnation/what have you is plainly female, so from that the show is saying that the Donut Manager identifies as female.
I could be wrong and would hate to misgender, but I'm pretty sure that I've got the right of it.
