cypsiman2So, this is the first real Guest of the Week episode that Fresh Precure has had, and while I do not care for the fact that the focus means we don't get any development from the main trio, this episode does have its fair share of good and amusing points.
Once again Wester is hilarious as he's working so goshdarn hard on how to beat those precures and show those stupid photographers who left him off in the corner as a little blur you can barely even see the lousy jerks! The other good thing about this sequence is the way it shows how the precure team has a presence in the world and thus can have an impact on things.
I also liked the bit where Chiffon went off on her own to cheer Chika up as it plays to the whole thing where Chiffon is supposed to be growing and becoming more mature as the team nurtures her and thus helps this episode to feel more like part of an ongoing story instead of a one-shot.
Finally, seeing Chika doing the little wand wave motions as the team defeats the electric broadcast tower monster was almost by itself adorable enough to justify the whole episode.
