Okay, my theory is that in a past life Nanami hunted down Indian Elephants for their Ivory, and so when she returns to India, she faces her karma in that fashion. And they milked the whole "Utena is Anthy, Anthy is Utena" Freaky Friday scenario for everything it was worth. Miki bemoaning that this is not the Anthy he fell in love with while buying 20 odd pictures, Saioniji apparently being oblivious to the switch despite everyone else knowing about it, and Utena letting him know what she REALLY thinks of him! And of course it turns out that the legendary super 900-billion fold curry had nothing to do with it, it was just Anthy's cooking! And then we get to see Chu-Chu and Saioniji in each others bodies, and I die of laughter.
There were only two things that would have made this episode even better than it already was; one, if Anthy and Utena didn't switch voices along with bodies. I think it would have been really neat to hear Anthy's voice actress be all brusque and tomboyish, while Utena's voice actress was all soft and demure. The other thing, would have been for Miki and Anthy to have switched bodies. Because you know the moment he realized what was going on, he would just faint dead straight away. Oh well, in any event, hilarious crack is hilarious.
