Where I watch Princess Tutu, episode 11

cypsiman2It is confirmed, Edel is Drosselmeyer's puppet, who he uses to force his story onto the path that he desires. However, it is also plain and clear that Edel is going to betray Drosselmeyer at some point, and I do look forward to that, so very much.
But as for the episode at hand...nothing really surprised me or caught me off guard. The jewel of love bound Princess Tutu, saw that coming, Fakir was terrified by his visions of his own death, no surprise there, and Princess Kraehe tears away Mytho's feeling of love, with just a touch of prodding from Drosselmeyer.
Though, something did occur to me; According to the story, when Princess Tutu confesses her feelings to the prince, she vanishes into the light, yes? But what of Ahiru? Could it not be the case that while Princess Tutu and her power will fade away, Ahiru the girl could yet remain? Then again, considering that Mytho expressly only loves Princess Tutu and not Ahiru, that wouldn't be much consolation in the end, now would it? Hmmm...
