More road trip fun!

cypsiman2"Yuugi." Anzu said with such concern in her voice, that if not for the extreme situation they were in Yuugi would have done anything to respond to her need. "You can't be comfortable on the floor; I can see your hair turning limp and you know that only happens when you can't get to sleep." Yuugi blushed in the darkness. This was something that only Anzu knew from when they were little and they could still have sleepovers. Things had changed a lot since then, and this was one of them.
"Anzu, really, I'm just fine down here, really. You can have the bed, it's...it's the gentlemanly thing to do." Yuugi shivered in the middle of his last sentence, despite his efforts to hide how cold he was; the heater for the room was broken, and the comforter he had was too thin to properly work. But Yuugi would still rather lie on the cold hard floor then risk the alternative.
"Yuugi, you're uncomfortable, and you're freezing; how do you expect me to sleep while you're freezing to death. Come on, just...just come up in bed and let me warm you up, just for a little bit." Anzu said the last part very quickly, the blush on her own face hidden in the darkness. There were times when she really didn't get Yuugi; Jounouchi could grab him, hug him, spin him around, the works, but any contact from her was minimal at best. He didn't still believe in cooties, did he?
"Partner," Yami said with a firm finality in Yuugi's mind, "your obstinacy in this matter has now become positively self-destructive. This is my body too, and if you do not accept the warm embrace of Anzu's bosom, then I'm going to have to take matters into my own hands."
Yuugi's eyes shot wide open; his other self wouldn't...would he? Could he take that risk? A shiver then ran down his spine, and Yuugi began to feel the familiar sensation of his other self taking his place. In that moment, Yuugi swiftly got up, climbed into the bed, and allowed Anzu to wrap her arms around him and draw him against her warm body, making sure that he faced away from her.
"Thank you Yuugi." Anzu said, relieved that her friend was letting her help him in this small way, drawing more pleasure then she would ever admit.
"Your're welcome Anzu." Yuugi said, finding that it wasn't so bad as he thought it would be, not nearly as awkward as all that.
"Finally." Yami said, thankful that his last desperate gambit worked; with all the work he'd been doing for Yuugi and Anzuk, he could write a book on matchmaking!

Yami was surprised on two fronts; one, he'd honestly expected Yuugi to resist, and two, he was freezing his ass off! He looked up at Anzu, the only source of warmth in the room, and found himself gulping a deep gulp. He was a pharaoh once, and a great duelist and gamer besides, but somehow he couldn't face this most pleasant encounter with his characteristic courage. Still, his ass was going to break off if he got any colder, and where would all of Yuugi's leather be?
So he gingerly climbed onto the bed and allowed Anzu to wrap her arms around him as she pulled him in. He noticed that both their heartbeats were speeding up considerably. This was going to be a long, long night if Yuugi didn't come out some time soon.

Anzu didn't know how it was possible; one minute Yuugi was freezing on the floor, refusing to let her warm him up, and then he stood up. And so did Yami. Anzu slapped herself in the face, twice, but she didn't wake up. This was not one of her numerous dreams about two Yuugis, this was the real thing.
Yami got in behind Anzu, Yuugi got in front of her, and together, all three were very warm and content.
